What is the ADAPT Model?
The ADAPT Model is a transformation model we have created to help organizational leaders and practitioners retool their organizational workforce in order to help guide a successful transformation using Agile, DevOps or Digital. The model reduces the complexity of an organization to thirteen key variables that must be understood and aligned for the organization to be successful in their Agile, DevOps or Digital transformation. Alignment implies a holistic or systems point of view that finds the best fit between all organizational elements. Paying attention to and understanding these variables will result in major improvements in culture, customer service, costs, quality, efficiency, cycle time, profitability and satisfaction of employees
