We believe that there has to be a better way for organizations to tackle their Agile and DevOps Transformations, this is why we have created the ADAPT Model. We have decided to not only share the ADAPT Model with those who wish to join the ADAPT Community, but also open up ADAPT to anyone who is interested in contributing to the ADAPT Model.
You will find that once you join the ADAPT Model community, all ADAPT documentation, images, reference material, training material and presentations are available to download from the ADAPT Library and can be used by anyone. The only pieces of ADAPT that we have chosen at this time not to open source are the Agile and DevOps Assessment, Cultural Assessment and Organizational Learning Assessment. Once you join the community you will also see that we are continually adding new ADAPT materials for the community to use.
